One person’s desperate foolish hopeful attempt to make you laugh by providing endless hours minutes seconds of laughter. Trying to bring some nonsensical, occasionally relevant, boldly irreverent not too hurtful (I have liticaphobia), touchingly personal, or any other type of humor that I can write. Lastly, here’s hoping you laugh.

Oh Portland

Portland is the oddest city to visit. The best view of the city is when it is a clear day and a person can see the mountains which are actually volcanoes outside of the city. Other cities the skyline is beautiful. Portland it is better to look away from the downtown at mountains and hills with evergreens than at the downtown of 1960s industrial buildings which only a hipster could think I want to live in that and not if I pee anywhere in there that's an improvement. Going back to the volcanoes, if they erupt and the city needs to be rebuilt it would not be a catastrophe. Maybe there could be buildings that don’t look like they need to be torn down.

The International Rose Test garden is one of the beautiful things in Portland. There are the most breweries per capital in Portland. That may be why the city smells like urine. If you are in Portland, that is confusing because the streets are covered with poop. What makes that troubling is because of the large vagrant population you are not sure whether it is human or dog. Someday someone will do a test to figure out what the truth is and not publish it because the results will be disturbing.

The population of the city is strange as well. The young commute on bikes. The old commute in horse and buggy. Actually, I have never seen a horse in Portland, but like I said there is poop everywhere and horse poop seems like as good of choice as any.

In Portland, people watching turns into a guessing game of Hipster or Homeless? There is a painted building with the words “Keep Portland Weird”. It doesn't need to be encouraged. It will always be weird and feel like a bad drug trip (if in the city) or good trip (if in the parks or outside the city, it is beautiful).
