One person’s desperate foolish hopeful attempt to make you laugh by providing endless hours minutes seconds of laughter. Trying to bring some nonsensical, occasionally relevant, boldly irreverent not too hurtful (I have liticaphobia), touchingly personal, or any other type of humor that I can write. Lastly, here’s hoping you laugh.

Yoga Studios’ Fight

Yoga studios are fighting in order to not pay taxes. The people who preach serenity are no preaching conflict (Breathe in that amazing irony). The situation is that exercise facilities are being asked to pay taxes on their membership which was something they have not been asked to pay before. Yoga studios are saying that Yoga is a spiritual activity with the byproduct of being healthier. Everyone I know who does Yoga is doing it for exercise. The owner of the studio may think that it is a spiritual activity, but society does not view it that way. I may think eating good food is a spiritual activity, but everyone else sees a person eating a steak (okay, burger, I am not classy). I know Yoga instructors who do not think Yoga is a spiritual activity. This is the equivalent of a preacher saying that the money does not matter it is all about whether your soul feels save and then he asks for money. In certain countries, Yoga is considered a spiritual activity. None of those countries consider Yoga to be a line of clothing. Ask Christianity if something is commercialized it is not religious anymore.
